Welcome to Smilevo. By using our website (smile-vo.com) and placing an
order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products
We sell oral care products. We try to show accurate photos and
descriptions, but slight differences in packaging or color may occur.
Our products are cosmetic oral care items and are not intended to
diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Results may vary
between individuals.

2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We may update prices or run promotions
at any time. Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is
processed.

3. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if an
item is out of stock or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order,
you will receive a full refund.

4. Shipping & Returns
Shipping times and refunds are covered in our Shipping Policy and
Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

5. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping
address. We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect
address.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (logo, text, images) belongs to Smilevo and
may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
Our products are sold "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law,
Smilevo is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising
from the use of our products or website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
