Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and New Zealand.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times with tracking:
- United States: 8–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 6–12 business days
- Canada: 9–12 business days
- New Zealand: 8–13 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Cost
- Free shipping on orders over $40
- Orders under $40 are subject to a shipping fee, which is calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information may take 3–5 days to become active or update after dispatch.
Delivery Delays
Delivery may occasionally take longer due to customs processing, holidays, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll help investigate with the carrier.
Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees. Any such charges are the customer's responsibility.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Address
Please make sure your shipping information is complete and accurate. Smilevo is not responsible for packages returned or undelivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address or failure to collect the package. Additional shipping charges may apply if a replacement shipment is requested.
