Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and New Zealand.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment.

Delivery time (with tracking)
- United States: 8–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 6–12 business days
- Canada: 9–12 business days
- New Zealand: 8–13 business days

Shipping cost
Free shipping on all orders over $40. For orders under $40, a shipping fee
is shown at checkout (from $8.99, depending on country).

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking
may take 3–5 days to update after dispatch.

Delays
Occasionally delivery may take longer due to customs, holidays, weather, or
other events outside our control. If your order is very late, contact us
and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Customs & duties (international orders)
Orders may be subject to local customs fees or import taxes, which are the
customer's responsibility.

Wrong or undeliverable address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is
returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or not being collected in
time, we're not responsible for the loss, and a re-ship may require an
extra shipping fee.
