Thank you for shopping at Smilevo. If you're not fully satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a refund within
30 days of delivery. You do NOT need to mail the product back.

Damaged, wrong, or missing items
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing parts, please
contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a clear photo or video.
We'll send a free replacement or a full refund.

How to request
Email smilevosupport@gmail.com with your order number and the reason
(add a photo/video for any damage or error). We reply within 24–48 hours.

Order cancellation
You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as it has not yet
shipped (usually within 1–2 business days of ordering). Once shipped, it
can't be cancelled, but it may still qualify under our 30-day guarantee.

Refund processing
Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within
5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

"Tracking shows delivered" cases
If tracking shows your order was delivered but you didn't receive it,
please contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
In these cases a refund can't be guaranteed, but we'll do our best to help.

Non-refundable
- Requests made after the 30-day window
- Orders with an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
